Community Training Centres (CTCs) provide training, educational and employment related services for early school leavers, primarily aged between 16 and 21.
The CTCs provide a fresh opportunity for young adults to get national certificates at their own pace and with the assistance of friendly and supportive staff.
These training centres offer young adults a flexible and tailor-made programme of employability skills, personal and social employment skills and science skills. Courses are generally one year in duration, are full-time and lead to major QQI Awards at levels 3 and 4.
